Another serious injury has been announced within the Montreal Canadiens organization, and it involves forward Lias Andersson

For the past two years, whenever we see the players of the Montreal Canadiens hit the ice, we hold our breath to avoid injuries in a game. Whether it's the Canadiens or the Rocket, it's very concerning.

The worst part of all this is that there are many serious injuries, such as those of Kirby Dach and David Savard. For the Rocket, it's now Lias Andersson's turn to step down.

Indeed, the forward will have to miss several weeks of action.

"Forward Lias Andersson (lower-body injury) will be out for 6 to 8 weeks." - Laval Rocket

Andersson had a very good start, with 7 goals and 2 assists in 10 games. He would have certainly been a serious candidate for a call-up to the Canadiens, but he will have to wait.

In addition to the Swede, the Rocket is without Riley McKay and Philippe Maillet.
