Hailing from Mauricie, the towering defenseman (6'4" and 190 pounds) will return to his hometown after spending nearly four seasons with the Shawinigan Cataractes. During his final year in junior hockey, the former Shawinigan Cataractes and Baie-Comeau Drakkar player recorded 8 goals and 31 assists (39 points) in 63 games.
