Canadiens Prospect Jared Davidson's Hot Start in Laval Is Making a Strong Case for a Call-Up
While a few of the Montreal Canadiens' prospects are struggling to stand out in the minors, Jared Davidson is doing everything he can to force management's hand.
Over the past few weeks, Jared Davidson has been attracting more and more attention in Laval. He's been playing some incredible hockey!
The 23-year-old forward, drafted by the Canadiens in 2022, continues to deliver strong performances with the Rocket.
As reported by Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports, Davidson already has six goals since the start of the season - an impressive pace that places him among the team's top scorers.

Jared Davidson Shines With the Laval Rocket and Has Canadiens Fans Talking
Davidson's name has been coming up more and more often in discussions among Tricolore fans lately.
On social media, several fans even believe he already deserves a shot with the big club.
One X user even wrote:

The former Seattle Thunderbird has shown steady progress since turning pro.
After a learning season in 2023-24 (11 goals in 38 games), he took off in Laval, scoring 24 goals last year, and has started this season right where he left off.
He might not have the most flashy profile, but he does everything well.
In my opinion, with the level of play he's showing right now, it's not impossible that the Canadiens eventually give him a look in Montreal.
And honestly, I think he deserves that opportunity sooner rather than later.
