I've been saying it for a long time-the 22-year-old forward has shown impressive progress since arriving in the professional ranks.
He has managed to establish himself as a major offensive prospect, and I've often heard that several NHL teams are keeping a close eye on him.
Anthony Martineau did not close the door on a possibility that would spark strong reactions, suggesting that if the meeting does not go well for either side, a trade involving the young player would not be surprising.
On the Canadiens' side, this case is delicate. On one hand, I truly believe Roy represents future potential in the offensive top-nine.
