Disaster for Patrick Roy and a major change behind the Islanders' bench

Patrick Roy did an outstanding job in his first year with the Islanders, leading them to the playoffs against all odds.
The team's GM, Lou Lamoriello, mentioned several times that he was very pleased with Roy's work, even stating that Patrick was the reason the team made it to the playoffs.
Unfortunately for Roy, Lamoriello also has bad news to announce with several coaching staff changes.
"Islanders coaching staff:
IN: Albelin, Naumovs
OUT: Houda, Korn
STAYED: Roy, MacLean, Desrosiers, Greco
PROMOTED: Terreri"
Mitch Korn, the outgoing goaltending coach, is a legend in his field, arguably one of the best in history. His track record shows that he has worked wonders with goalies who were struggling, such as Thomas Greiss and
Robin Lehner.
Korn consistently transformed average goalies into top-tier performers. He's an artist in this regard.
Unfortunately for Patrick Roy, who had a bit of a goalie controversy during the last playoffs, he's losing a crucial ally in Korn.
The silver lining, however, is that Roy himself is one of the greatest goalies of all time. He should be able to pass on some valuable tips to his goalies.
