24 hours ago, we were wondering where Arber Xhekaj was. The defenseman had only accumulated 4 penalty minutes with the Rocket, avoiding any teammate scuffle.
In short, he was playing well, but it was concerning. Xhekaj needs to be physical and enforce order to be at his best, and that wasn't what we were seeing from him.
However, in Friday night's game against the Syracuse Crunch, Wifi dropped the gloves for the first time with his new team, and he settled the case with two opponents at the same time against the same Crunch team on Saturday.
A sequence we've seen before in Montreal and one that is greatly appreciated by the fans.
