Martin St-Louis confirmed that Jakub Dobes will be in net for the Montreal Canadiens tomorrow night against the powerful Dallas Stars.
I think it's a great show of confidence from St-Louis, who has continued to alternate his goaltenders since the start of the season.

According to journalist Priyanta Emrith, St-Louis mentioned that the plan had been set in advance.
"Martin St-Louis says Jakub Dobes starting tomorrow was planned and has nothing to do with how Sam Montembeault played last night."

According to her, this is therefore not a punishment for Monty, but rather a planned rotation intended to keep both goalies confident.
Jakub Dobes faces a big test
For Dobes, this will not only be a chance to prove he can stand up to one of the league's best offenses, but also a test of character after a turbulent few days for the Canadiens.
Having watched a lot of Dallas this season, I find they're a team that likes to create traffic in front of the net and rely on deflections.
It definitely won't be an easy game for Dobes!
He's been very solid so far this season. He's played in seven games to date, maintaining a goals-against average of 2.25 and an impressive save percentage of .921.
