Cole Caufield traded to Utah? A proposal that isn't unanimous

The Canadiens need help on offense, and a proposal has just emerged to trade the team's second-best attacker and fan favorite, Cole Caufield.
Right off the bat, this idea doesn't sit well. This proposal has two strikes against it, but the return could be enticing.
It's Mathias Brunet and Martin Lemay who brought this up on BPM Sports.
"Proposal by Mathias Brunet. We're having fun, if you're the Canadiens and Utah offers the sixth overall pick for Cole Caufield?" - Via BPM Sports
Obviously, this is a very unpopular proposition, but it has sparked a lot of reactions. Both colleagues would agree with such a trade, and here's why:
"Let's say the Arizona Coyotes offer you their first-round pick in 2024, which is sixth overall after Montreal's, for Cole Caufield...? " - Mathias Brunet, who admits he would probably take
Ivan Demidov over Cole Caufield
Martin threw out another idea, which Brunet also agreed with.
"So, I could have say
Cayden Lindstrom with the #5 pick and
Sam Dickinson with the #6 pick or another good defenseman, then I will say yes." - Martin Lemay
We agree that prospects are projects, even the first overall pick. Just look at
Juraj Slafkovsky or Alexis Lafrenière, who clearly weren't unanimous picks just a few months ago.
Trading an established player who is a fan favorite and well-equipped to handle the pressure in Montreal is very risky.
We understand that this trade is unlikely to happen. Caufield will stay in Montreal unless an offer impossible to refuse comes to Kent Hughes.
However, I'm curious about your opinion. Would you trade Cole Caufield for the 6th overall pick in 2024?
