Patrik Laine and his partner love Montreal.. so it was only natural that they tried, for the first time, the food from a well-known Montreal restaurant chain.
As we know, Patrik Laine had an emotionally eventful season last year. Although he experienced ups and downs on the ice, there's no doubt he feels at home here in Montreal.
Many also expect him to have an excellent season, especially since his contract expires at the end of the 2025-2026 season.
Laine has been seen training multiple times in recent weeks in Brossard, notably alongside Ivan Demidov, and he looks to be in top shape.
So we can't really blame him for indulging in some hearty food in an Instagram promotion.

As you probably already know, the newly married couple, Patrik and his wife Jordan Laine launched a foundation together aimed at promoting mental health awareness. One of the foundation's sponsors, La Cage aux Sports, invited the couple to try the menu at this iconic restaurant. See the video below:

Result: we now know that Patrik Laine has a soft spot for La Cage's chicken wings and little wrapped sausages.. Hopefully, it's a sign of many 5-goal games for the Canadiens this season!
On that note, the Canadiens winger hinted in recent weeks that he will do everything to stay in Montreal, including potentially accepting less money than he could get on the free-agent market.
Maybe La Cage could offer him all-you-can-eat wings if he gives us that honor, haha!
