The Arizona Coyotes situation is generating a lot of buzz, and it could finally be resolved in a week. There's a possibility that the NHL announcement could be on April 18th.

We know that the NHL is already working on a schedule that includes the Coyotes in their new home in Salt Lake City. As for the price to pay, it's quite high.

"There's a scenario in which the Coyotes would sell their club to Ryan Smith for $1.2 billion. This would include the sale of the club, but also relocation fees that would go to the other league owners." - Via Charles-Alexis Brisebois

So mark your calendars for April 18th, because the future of the franchise could be determined on that specific date.

Even Ryan Smith, the potential future owner of the Coyotes, has asked the public to come up with a name for an NHL team in Salt Lake City. It's starting to get very serious!
