A signing has been made within the Montreal Canadiens organization. It involves the former player of the Quebec Remparts and Rimouski Oceanic, Xavier Fillion.

"The Trois-Rivières Lions have announced the signing of forward Xavier Filion from Plessisville. Welcome to the team, Xavier!" - Trois-Rivières Lions

It's a great addition to Ron Choules' team, and Fillion has played for the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières this season.

It's likely that the organization has done its homework, considering Fillion's previous experience, including playing under the coaching of Patrick Roy with the Remparts.
