This beautiful moment involved the Canadiens' most recent first-round pick, David Reinbacher.

After experiencing a very difficult post-draft period with immense hate on social media, the CH fans in attendance at the game in Brossard showed him a great deal of love, which the 18-year-old greatly appreciated.

It's wonderful to see fans of the team demonstrating such support for one of the organization's gems, even if they may not all agree with the selection of the defenseman at the 5th overall pick.

Moreover, the Austrian defenseman also mentioned that there was something new in his game plan for the upcoming season. He will be arriving in Montreal earlier in September, before the rookie camp, to train with the organization's players and utilize the Canadiens' facilities.
