At this point, every injury to a goaltender instantly sparks rumors within the Montreal Canadiens' circle. We are still awaiting a transaction, while the goaltending trio situation is still ongoing.

According to TVA Sports, Marc-André Fleury could very well be Jake Allen's next teammate.
"The Minnesota team may need reinforcements in the net, as Filip Gustavsson was placed on the injured list on Monday.

According to journalist Michael Russo, he will be out for several weeks due to a lower-body injury sustained in Saturday's game against the Jets." - TVA Sports

With the mid-season approaching, teams will make an extra push for the playoffs. The game will tighten up, and having a good goaltender will be even more crucial.
Kent Hughes will likely find a partner to exchange Allen or Primeau, and it could very well be the Wild. Marc-André Fleury would then be in a duo with a former Canadiens goaltender.
