The Edmonton Oilers have just announced they have reached an agreement with young Quebecer forward Raphaël Lavoie for a one-year, two-way contract, at $874,125.
It's worth noting the nice touch by the organization to announce the signing in French, it's a lovely gesture on their part.
At 22 years old, Lavoie finished as the top scorer of the Oilers' farm club with 25 goals, while earning 45 points in 61 games. He was the 38th overall selection in the 2019 NHL Draft.
