Firstly, we begin this article by sending our best wishes to Jacques Demers. We understand that he must stay away for health reasons, and we hope he is doing well.

We know that the former coach of the Canadiens, the last to have won a Stanley Cup, is not one to mince words, and he displayed a lot of energy behind the bench.
He was very energetic, and he had a few tricks to help his players recover.
