Canada plays Sunday morning for the bronze medal at the World Hockey Championship, after losing in the semifinals to Switzerland on Saturday.

Kaiden Guhle has had a good tournament with 5 points in 9 games. However, for still unclear reasons, André Tourigny decided to bench him for Sunday's final game.
Therefore, the Canadiens player's tournament is officially over, and if Canada wins, he will receive his bronze medal with a bitter taste.
Yet, Guhle played 20 minutes on Saturday and was very good throughout the tournament.
It's difficult to understand this decision. Tourigny benches Connor Bedard, and now he removes Guhle from a crucial medal game.
For Bedard, he is still being used as the 13th forward, and the lineup includes 14 forwards.

Update on Kaiden Guhle

Kaiden Guhle reportedly got injured during Saturday's game, which explains why he is not participating in Sunday's bronze medal game.
As for Tourigny, he will still need to make adjustments, as benching Bedard and sending two defensemen in the shootout were very controversial decisions against Switzerland.
