The Montreal Canadiens are making a major change to their lineup ahead of the game against the Edmonton Oilers.
According to the official page of the Montreal Canadiens,
Kirby Dach will be in tonight's lineup against the Oilers, while
Joshua Roy will be left out.

I have to admit that I've seen a lot of criticism on social media, coming from several observers. In my opinion, the young forward seemed a bit lost at times, especially in the defensive zone.
Dach, for his part, will regain his spot in Martin St-Louis's top nine. I truly believe his presence could bring back some stability to the lineup.

According to Marco D'Amico, Dach will probably be surrounded by two Quebec-born players.
"The Montreal Canadiens announce that Kirby Dach will draw back into the lineup tonight against the Oilers.
Joshua Roy will be the one coming out. Expect to see Dach with Veleno and Bolduc."

For Roy, this is not good news at all-but it's not the end of the world either. We've often seen young Canadiens players go through this before establishing themselves with the team long-term.
I think Roy still has a lot to offer, and it's only a matter of time before he earns his spot back in the Canadiens' starting lineup.
