Following the recent major roster cuts, the Montreal Canadiens and GM Kent Hughes have placed multiple players on waivers.
In the wake of the earlier roster cuts, news broke at midday that the Montreal Canadiens had placed forwards Alex Belzile, Lucas Condotta, and Sean Farrell, along with defensemen Nathan Clurman and Marc Del Gaizo, on waivers-promptly drawing reactions from fans.
