The Montreal Canadiens currently boast one of the best defenses in the NHL, and a young prospect in the organization could soon shake up the team's lineup.
The team now has an excellent top-four, which will take a tremendous amount of pressure off the goaltenders.
It's also worth noting that the club will be able to count on
David Reinbacher for years to come.
The Canadiens selected him in the first round of the 2023 draft, 5th overall.
However, another defenseman in the organization could quickly stir things up.
Adam Engstrom Ranks Among the Best Defensemen in the Organization According to Tony Marinaro

In a ranking made on The Sick Podcast, Adam Engstrom is listed as the 6th-best prospect in the Montreal Canadiens organization.
After arriving from Sweden, the young blueliner quickly established himself as a key player for the Laval Rocket and showcased his development this season.
He is considered one of the Rocket's best defensemen - and he's only 20 years old.
His coach, Pascal Vincent, has also praised him highly.
As a left-shot defenseman, Engstrom could eventually help the Montreal Canadiens if his upward trajectory continues.
He is expected to start the season with the Laval Rocket, but it wouldn't be surprising to see him join the Montreal Canadiens.
