Monster post for Juraj Slafkovsky: the Canadiens' first pick in 2022 is more dominant than many NHL players
This kind of publication, where the Montreal Canadiens' first overall pick in 2022, Juraj Slafkovsky, is more dominant than NHL stars.
Indeed, since December, Slaf has been turning towards his true self and he hasn't stopped. At first, the points didn't follow, but for the past two months, it's simply exceptional. In fact, the X The Habitant account published a long list of players who have fewer points than Juraj in the last two months. It's quite impressive, especially because he's only 19 years old.
"Here's a list of forwards that Juraj Slafkovsky has out produced on a ppg basis over the last 2 months:
Keller
Barkov
Stutzle

It's quite impressive indeed. Slaf is truly in a class of his own, so much so that he's outperforming more established players and some stars.
Repeating myself a bit here, but Slaf is making tremendous progress. He's becoming a formidable player, and he could be a force for the Canadiens for a long time.
A little nod to the Arizona Coyotes, who taunted him earlier in the season after a game in Tempe. They praised Logan Cooley and belittled Slafkovsky.
That clearly turned out to be a serious mistake, as Cooley isn't measuring up, and even their best player, Clayton Keller, hasn't produced as many points as Slafkovsky.
