The Canadiens captain, who just completed an 82-point season in 2024-2025, continues to raise his game year after year. A respected leader both in the locker room and on the ice, Suzuki has developed remarkable consistency while improving his offensive impact.
According to Cowan, all the elements are now in place for the 26-year-old player to reach the symbolic 100-point mark.
A First-Line Center Better Supported on the Canadiens
The emergence of young talent around him, combined with a more mobile defense capable of feeding the attack, could indeed help increase Suzuki's production.
Moreover, the Canadiens' power play has improved, giving Suzuki more opportunities to shine.
