Pascal Vincent Delivers Long-Awaited Update on David Reinbacher's Injury
Fans of Laval Rocket defenseman David Reinbacher, who has been sidelined for several weeks with a hand injury, are finally receiving good news.
Pascal Vincent paints an encouraging picture of his rehabilitation and his future with the Laval Rocket.
During his appearance on L'Antichambre, Laval Rocket head coach Pascal Vincent provided a very important update regarding the injury of young defenseman David Reinbacher.
The fifth overall pick in the 2023 draft is recovering from a hand injury he suffered a few weeks ago.

According to Vincent, everything seems to be going according to plan.
"His rehabilitation is going very, very well. He's skating, he's training, and we should see him soon." - Pascal Vincent
That's a statement that should reassure many fans of the Canadiens and the Rocket.
It's fair to say that the young Austrian defenseman has been unlucky over the past two seasons, suffering repeated injuries during exhibition games.
"He doesn't put himself in bad situations, he plays the game - these things happen," added the Rocket coach.
According to his coach again, the key will now be to "get him going" on the right foot as soon as he's ready to return to the lineup.
"He's around the team and takes part in meetings," he said. "He's even going on the ice, so things are moving along well. We're seeing progress in his case. So, I think things are going well under the circumstances. It's been a month and a day today [Monday] since he got injured. So, he's progressing just as the doctors had planned." - Via TVA Sports
Before his injury, Reinbacher was showing signs of progress and had collected 11 points in 23 games last year in Laval.

Personally, I think this forced break might even help him reset mentally, as Reinbacher remains a truly promising young defenseman.
In my opinion, listening to Pascal Vincent, everything indicates that his return could happen very soon... and that he might just change the face of the Laval Rocket.
