The player who injured Arber Xhekaj makes another victim
We just witnessed a very concerning scene in the game between the Capitals and the Lightning, involving the player who injured Arber Xhekaj.
Indeed, it was after an altercation with Mikey Eyssimont that Arber Xhekaj seemed to have been injured, ultimately needing surgery and missing the rest of the season.
Eyssimont makes another victim, as he delivered a hard hit far from the boards to defenseman Nick Jensen. Jensen hit the boards heavily and was unable to move afterward. It was a very hard impact.
He left the game on a stretcher, and his condition seems very critical. A blood-chilling scene.
