A photo of Carey Price is causing a lot of buzz on the web
Carey Price made waves by attending the Canadiens' last game against the Red Wings at the Bell Centre last Tuesday.
The goalie's presence in Kent Hughes and Jeff Gorton's suite, along with Paul Byron, raised eyebrows. The current CH management doesn't have a particular connection with him, as he only played a few games at the end of the 2021-22 season.
It's been exactly two years since Carey last put on his pads, and he never will again. I remind you, he wasn't signed by Kent Hughes, and seeing them in the same suite sparked rumors about a possible job in the years to come.
However, that's not what I want to talk about; it's a photo of Carey with two former teammates. In 2021, Jeff Petry and Ben Chiarot were in front of him when the team made it to the Stanley Cup Final.
They reunited when Detroit came to town for the last game of the season. It made for a very nice photo!
