'He Made Several Teammates Look Bad': Why One Canadien's Latest Practice in Brossard Has People Talking

This morning in Brossard, one name grabbed all the attention during the Montreal Canadiens' practice, according to a TVA Sports journalist: Juraj Slafkovsky.
That's news that makes me happy!
As reported by Anthony Martineau from TVA Sports, the Slovak forward literally dominated the practice session this morning.
"I know it's just a practice, but Slafkovsky has that certain something with the puck on his stick.
He made several of his teammates look bad this morning, including the two goalies."
- Anthony Martineau
It's so great to hear that!
This comment says a lot about the confidence the young winger has found again at the start of this season.
I feel like we're seeing a different player this year. Indeed, Slafkovsky is showing all the potential that convinced Kent Hughes and Martin St-Louis to bet on him several years ago.
Juraj Slafkovsky continues to progress under the eyes of the Montreal Canadiens
Furthermore, Patrick Guillet even shared that Slafkovsky extended his training session, staying on the ice with
Lane Hutson and development coach Adam Nicholas to keep working even more.
Slaf already has 5 goals and 1 assist in 11 games, and in my opinion, this is the most confident Slafkovsky we've seen since he arrived in Montreal.
On the The Sick Podcast, Simon "Snake" Boisvert even compared his potential role to that of Clark Gillies alongside Bryan Trottier and Mike Bossy back in the day.
In my opinion, Slafkovsky is finally starting to understand how to use his strength and size to his advantage.
