Martin St-Louis Announces Starting Goalie for Highly Anticipated Canadiens-Senators Showdown
We've just learned that Martin St-Louis is putting his trust in Samuel Montembeault for the matchup against the Ottawa Senators.
It's now confirmed: Monty will be the starting goaltender for the Montreal Canadiens on Saturday night against the Ottawa Senators.
The information was reported almost simultaneously by Renaud Lavoie and Anthony Martineau of TVA Sports, and many other sources. This news confirms what many (myself included) anticipated after several games from Jakub Dobes.

Samuel Montembeault looks to revive his season with the Montreal Canadiens
St-Louis will therefore rely on his Quebec-born goalie, who will have the chance to bounce back in front of his fans at the Bell Centre after a very difficult start to the season.
On the other side, Dobes has been exceptional so far with a perfect 6-0 record, but many believe Montembeault deserves to regain the confidence of his coach.
This will be the perfect opportunity for Montembeault to show what he's made of!
