It's confirmed and over for a Hometown forward with the Canadiens
We're in the time of year with the most movement in the NHL and other leagues, and the Canadiens are no exception.
After Mitchell Stephens, Tobie Paquette-Bisson, and several others, it's now Arnaud Durandeau's turn to leave.
The Montreal native is heading to the KHL after playing only 10 games with the Laval Rocket.
"Arnaud Durandeau, who played in Laval last season, is heading to the KHL." - Renaud Lavoie
He's signed a one-year contract overseas. Durandeau was acquired from the Devils in exchange for Nathan Légaré at the trade deadline.
His time with the Canadiens organization was brief, but he can always boast about being a part of it.
We wish him the best of luck!
