At the Brossard training facility, Ivan Demidov has been practicing regularly to get ready for next season.

A Demidov-Laine Duo
While everything seems to suggest that Ivan Demidov and Patrik Laine will play on the Montreal Canadiens' second line, the two were spotted playing together last night on the same line with Nick Suzuki:
The two players have trained together this summer and are both in top shape heading into the new season.
If they do end up playing together, the big question becomes: who will join them?
Alex Newhook and Kirby Dach are the two most likely candidates, though head coach Martin St-Louis will undoubtedly experiment with several combinations.
If those options don't pan out as hoped, Zachary Bolduc could be another possibility for the coaching staff.
