Stunning Surprise as a Key Player Makes an Unexpected Appearance on the Ice in Brossard
Montreal Canadiens fans got a nice surprise in the last few moments with Kirby Dach's return to training.
Last season, Kirby Dach suffered an injury that ended his season.
The forward had also missed most of the 2023-24 season, playing only 2 games.
We hadn't heard much news about Dach this summer, and Kent Hughes had stated that he didn't know if Dach would be ready for the Canadiens' first game.
However, we had the chance to see Kirby Dach skate today at the Brossard complex.

Dach was fully equipped and seemed comfortable on the ice.
He moved very well, and his knee appeared to be in good condition.

Zachary Bolduc, Joe Veleno, and Noah Dobson were present during the practice.
Captain Nick Suzuki was also on the ice.
This signals the approach of the Montreal Canadiens' training camp, and it's great news to see the team's new acquisitions together.
The season is starting soon, and we will have the chance to see who makes the Canadiens' lineup.
Several players could be surprises, including David Reinbacher, and we'll know more in the coming weeks.
