Then, you try to incorporate that into your game. I think it worked for me. I think I improved a lot in that area. Of course, I still have to work on it. It's always getting harder and I have to continue to get better, so I'll keep working on it."

The 19-year-old left-winger will strive to make a strong impression during the upcoming Canadiens' training camp. Due to the surplus of forwards in Montreal, Roy will begin his professional career with the Laval Rocket.
